I’m kinda torn on this news. Part of me is still annoyed that they put us through this negative experience at all. It was completely unnecessary. I still feel the only thing they’ve accomplished is to damage trust which was avoidable.
I also feel like there’s still work to do because with the changes to The Exchange, the game is becoming more pointlessly grindy

Hopefully 343 heard my idea about making blue weeklies worth 1 point and gold worth 2 and will implement it in the next udpate.

I still think they should of added them I see this as a loss they literally would not effect anyone who didn’t want to buy them because it was an optional choice

Feels like the MCC team is way more respectful to the franchise.
I may not agree with all the decisions they’ve done, but over all they’ve done incredible work with the MCC and they deserve praise for it!

I’ll keep repeating it until 343 puts out a firm stance (which they likely never will) but they have not said there will not be MTX.
Only that they are not going to pursue “Purchasable Spartan Points”.
There may be other items they add for sale - for example, stances/dances/skins (charms!? pls no)- so we should celebrate this small win but not be naĂŻve.
