Seriously. It is beyond me why this hasn’t been done.
That would actually be a funny easter egg. When playing campaign, you notice this one marine who looks way different, and it ends up being Frank O’Connor all geared up. I’d laugh.
This has to happen. It could be a recurring joke like Bungie’s 7 references.

This would boost Halo 5 sells like mad. Frank O’Connor is well known troughout the universe
Throw in Martin O’Donnel in there too and you have yourself the best cameo ever.
