I keep going blackscreen for about 3 seconds while playing halo 2 classic playlist and it registers it that i quit the game. Even though after i go black screen it puts me back in the game and lets me finish it still registers i quit. No matter if my team wins and i have a positive k/d ratio i derank. Ive lost like 22 levels because of this problem the last 2 days. So frustrateing to win 3 games and go blackscreen for a second and de rank after winning the 4th game. I have good internet connection and have tried resetting my router and hard resetting my xbox one. Please help me fix this. Has anybody else had this problem or know how to fix it ? Thanks
