Test Flight keeps asking to me sign in? I can’t get past the press enter to play and it asks me to sign in. After I sign in it repeats itself.

2 of my friends are saying the same thing

For me the download reached about 80% and restarted at the beginning like it was never there so I’m still downloading it hours later

I just want to play the game ffs why is this so complicated

TROUBLESHOOTING

If the Microsoft sign-in window becomes stuck in a loop or freezes during the initial launch of the flight build, try the steps below to reset the sign-in portal:

  1. In the Windows Search bar, enter “Credential Manager”, and select Credential Manager to open it.
  2. Select Windows Credentials.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled Generic Credentials.
  4. For every item that has “Xbl|2043073184” or “Xbl|2096818168” in the title:
  • Click on the item to expand it
  • Select Remove
  • Confirm you wish to delete that item
  1. Launch the flight build Halo Infinite and check to see if the sign-in process has started from the beginning.
  • Note: This may sign you out of most or all Xbox network sign-ins on your PC.

If these steps do not resolve the sign-in loop, please submit a ticket using the link below so the team can investigate the issue.

Edit: THIS WORKS GUYS, MY VERSION OF THE GAME IS NOW FUNCTIONAL, SO JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS

That didn’t work. Logging in with microsoft account still kept showing up.
What did help however, was removing all the xbl or xbox credentials, including xbl_tickets. If done right and you played infinite or mcc - a different login window will show up with xbox login.
But i did a reinstall just in case.
