Halo 5 has too much monetization, and in the process carves away some of the things that made halo halo. I am displeased by the incredible number of duplicate items, lack of progression based armor unlocks, and lack of a reward for beating the campaign on Legendary (especially because this campaign sucks -Yoink- on legendary, even more so than any other halo game, -Yoink- you warden eternal). I hope these greedy trends are left in the past and Halo infinite surpasses this in a way that draws the whole gaming community together to enjoy a masterpiece, in a way halo used to. Good luck 343, I’m rooting for you.
This I absolutely agree with. Not to mention over $1,000 if you went that route. What’s worse is that the packs are random so even if you were dedicated enough you might have to put in a little extra time than you calculated. Somewhat overkill in my opinion.
After a point, you must buy Gold packs. Did you account for this? It’s a bit too long in my opinion. BF4 was a slog too.
Don’t forget guys! 343i is gonna be adding more armour to the game! Possibly weapons, emblems and skins too!
I don’t mind it. It makes things feel more exclusive when you unlock them. Plus there’s plenty of cool things to unlock during your pursuit to specific items.

> Too unlock all the armors and such in the regular game playing 20 minute warszone matches and getting 2000 points per game would take you 566.6 hours, I have every unlockable gun and gadget in Bf4, and I only played for 350 hours over a summer, this is ridiculous, even all of you can admit this is too much, please increase req point gain rate or reduce price of packs.

I agree that you should be able to earn req points in campaign. it would make replaying the campaign more rewarding. In reach they had commendations and daily challenges, I played that campaign more than any other
I want to get all the items in Halo 5 but I usually only spend up to 300 hours on a game and honestly - 570 hours - CBA
Yeah, I gave them $60 and all I got was the most awesome Halo ever. I feel so abused.
