Does anybody else experience issues with getting the black screen every 5-15 seconds during matchmaking games? It doesn’t happen during customs, only in matchmaking. It’s not just one specific playlist either.
Some info:
- 2 Xbox’s on the network when it happens and they both have open NATs
- Fiancee and I never have issues with any other games, so I’m sure it’s not a problem with our ISP.
- Our speeds are 50/10, so we have plenty to handle the game.
- When it happens, we both go to black screen, nonstop. The game is unplayable for us.
Does anybody have ANY advice? We have tried everything that we can think of and read about. Uninstalled, hard reset, refreshed the network, bridged the modem and put a firewall in so I could manage the traffic to see how it looked and I had no problems. I don’t know what else to do
