So I am currently ranked 22 on the leaderboard for solo firefight which i did on legendary.
When i went on the leaderboard i notice most players who a high up are using Johnson as their leader.
Why?
What does he do whats helps
I have messaged the ranked 1 player to see why and he or she has completely ignored me.

Anyway i am just wondering if someone could someone could provide some intel before i go back and defend against the onslaught.
It has to do with Johnson being able to upgrade his turrets to siphon
And also being able to build structures at no cost

Well Johnson had his buff where his bunkers do not cost population, so what those players are probably doing is spamming upgraded bunkers as often as they can to protect their infantry, or serve as bullet sponges in the very least.
I’ve had first-hand experience myself spamming Bunkers in Blitz Firefight. It is very effective, especially if you deploy multiple bunkers either next to each other in a line, or in a square formation, keeping Nightingales hovering slightly behind them to heal the formation when it’s under fire, and quickly popping a smoke on a bunker if it is about to be destroyed. Tip: if you have Marines inside two different bunkers, and those bunkers are right next to each other, the Marines can actually heal the opposite bunker while inside their own!
In addition, I guess those dudes are fully utilising Johnson’s defensive abilities such as his buffed turrets, Siege Turret drop, Digging In and what not. His EMP Mac Blast can also absolutely melt mass air units when fully upgraded, which should be extremely helpful for the mass air waves that people seem to be complaining about? Then again, I haven’t gotten around to even buying ATN yet, but this is what I think from what I’ve experienced of Johnson so far. I hope my analytics has helped to answer your doubts thoroughly?

Dude same. Can’t find it anywhere. I haven’t actually looked in-game, so maybe it’s there, but I’d much rather play the game when I’m home and look at leaderboards when I’m bored at work…like right now.

hahaha we are in the same boat. No time to waste when I turn on the xbox… Much time to waste when I’m sitting at my desk lol
Is it on halo waypoint somewhere because I did the momentous thing of trying to find it while on the xbox( I know so amazing) and couldn’t find it. I’d like to know where I place, though it’s definitely no where near the top.
