So I’ve had trouble watching terminal videos on Halo Channel, and it seems like others have as well. I’ll do my best to elaborate my situation. I’ve only played Combat Evolved so far. I’ve found and recieved the acheivement for finding most of it’s terminals. However, when I go to Halo Channel to watch the videos, there is no play button. Instead, there is text saying “Play Halo: The Master Chief Collection to play this video”. I’ve tried going back and relocating the terminals in the campaign to watch them, but get an error saying “That’s not right” at the top that claims the video cannot be played at that time. It appears to me that the information saying I’ve found the terminal is not transferring from the game to Halo Channel. Thank you in advance as it is likely I may not respond for awhile, I am fairly busy and only have time to be on my laptop or xbox 2-3 times a week.
I’m having the same issue. To make it worse I tried to reinstall it and now nightfall won’t work either. I can’t play any halo terminal videos from mcc. This has been really ridiculous if anybody is actually checking these please feel free to contact me because I’ve tried all previous trouble shooting solutions.
having the same problem as original poster. tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps with the folks @xboxsupport but no luck. still can’t watch the terminal videos!
i have only played halo CE as well. want to finish that before playing any of the sequels.

If you just launch Halo Channel, and navigate to Terminal videos, select Halo CE and watch videos directly there, do they work?
