I found the terminal in the arbiter mission, held B and it brought me to the Halo Channel. Then it made a noise suggesting cant do this or no and booted me back to the game. I have unlocked the achievement though. Even when I go into the Halo Channel app it tells me I haven’t unlocked that terminal even though I have proof that I do. Please help!
Terminal 3 and terminal 4 are experiencing Similar issues for me but now 4 loaded. 3rd one is now loading I think. I don’t think i got the achievement for 3. I’m confused. Now the 5th doesn’t seem to be working.

How did it load?
I have tried numerous times to play the terminal from The Arbiter and everytime has been unsuccessful. I’ve got the achievement but can’t play the video either in game or by going to the Halo Channel to play. I will hold RB to play and it will take me to the Halo Channel but then gives a double beep and kicks me back to the game, I try this a few times but get the same result. I’ll go to Halo Channel and try to play it but it tells me to go and play Halo to unlock it. There is obviously more issues than just multiplayer issues. I love the game so hopefully this will get fixed soon so I can see the story line from start to finish.
