So I got the game day 1 and played it. Don’t get me wrong I give Halo 5 10/10. But my problem is the armor you get for playing the game before 11/7/15. I call it the Son of Hayabusa. I’ve played Halo 5 a lot and I still haven’t gotten it through the promo req pack. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone have a solution? Please respond I WANT THAT ARMOR!!!

No, the promotional pack is already out, and about 50% of players have already received it since day one. It’s apparently bugged.
I’ve seen people saying the armor is already available, but I like many others do not have it.

Hopefully 343 will be able to keep a record of who has played the game in the time frame. At least that way they can release it past the deadline, if not they should just release it to all players. If we don’t get it, know then that 343 hates you and only lives to feed off your suffering.

343 made a post in the Halo 5 Support Forum (where this should have gone as well) where they said the following:

We are currently processing and validating the list of everyone that has earned the Teishin Raikou Armor. If you haven’t yet received your armor set, we are working on unlocking it for you. Well -Yoink!- it’s already a day I didn’t get the armor I’ve been playing a lot of multiplayer it never unlocked.
I’ve been playing since the day it came out.
I finished the Campaign after not to long, and moved on to multiplayer 5 days before November 7th
From what I’ve read a lot of people haven’t got it yet myself included
I’m not received too and today is 09
