Tenrai 3 of 6? Missing rewards?

So I heard somewhere the the Tenrai event will be back 3 more times before the season is out, have we ever got confirmation on that?

Also, before the last event ended I was maxed out at 20/30 but when I hopped on today I was back down to 17/30 what gives? Anyone else have a similar issue?
