First week of the event only featured seven challenges so you could only get to level 7.
They only have the first three weeks on display, but three more are coming later.

The Fracture Tenrai event dates are as follows:
- Week 1: November 23rd, 2021 to November 29th, 2021
- Week 2: January 4th, 2022 to January 10th, 2022
- Week 3: February 1st, 2022 to February 7th, 2022
- Week 4: February 22nd, 2022 to March 2st, 2022
- Week 5: March 19th, 2022 to April 5th, 2022
- Week 6: April 19th, 2022 to April 26th, 2022

What did you do when the first one came around and you only had 7 done, or the second one came around and you could only get 17 done?

My point is you or I or anyone shouldn’t have to look at a forum, or Google it. When you’re in the event it shows the weeks that the event has already been available, not the weeks it’s supposedly coming up, or let me more specific, the reason why I thought it was three is because they only had it stated up to the third week inside of the event.
They couldn’t put up all the info for the event? the previous availability timeframe is more relevant or useful than the future availability??
Its the lack of common sense decisions like this that just has me ticked off about this game and how’s it’s being put out there.

Probably, i guess I assumed the point of them breaking up the event into multiple weeks was that so you could complete the event in completion without being limited to one time frame.
They could have put it everywhere on the internet provided and people would still be asking about it. People are that stupid unfortunately all throughout the world lol.
So instead of wasting all that time over it, they put it in a few places people can easily access it and they expected will find it eventually. Since people were going to ask about it regardless.
During the first week you could only get to level 7.
That changed after feedback for the second week to 10 challenges.
Ok, what does that have to do with anything we’re discussing though?

that’s not the actual event, that’s the news,
AND even then it still doesn’t give you the dates. Its ambiguous. No week 4 dates, no week 5 dates, nothing but ambiguity.
Go into the event. Theres weeks 1-3 and that’s it.
And a couple of … At the end of week 3.
Clear info. Precise info. Communi…right it’s 343i…I forgot.
Put week 4, week 5, week 6 = To be determined
At least then you know more info than “there will be multiple weeks throughout the season”
Information has to be clear and easy to retrieve.
You want people to know the price of your product, you put the price of your product on the product, or on the display the product is on. Not somewhere else in the store.

This is a big problem with modern gaming, where companies are communicating too much info through Twitter and reddit not directly in game. Players like yourself get confused because the in game event screens aren’t really clear, other than showing you event dates you already missed (yay…?)
There should be a news ticker at the bottom of the multiplayer menu that Uny and Sketch can feed communications into, and let you know how the events work.

If I HAD to make an excuse for 343i, I’d say it’s probably tied with U.I. limitations when we’re talking about the 3 weeks they showed in game, as 343i is having a lot of those apparently.
I don’t know why they couldn’t slap it on the menu announcements in the game itself, but going past that, the Forums are probably the best place to post it due to the fact that it’s connected to the mobile app, news feed, and all that other stuff.
This just kinda comes with the field of “Games as a service” where a lot can happen outside of the game itself for better and for worse, and players have to take a few extra steps to stay in the know to understand what’s going on and why.
I’m sorry, the game has plenty of problems of course, but this isn’t one of them chief. They did more then enough IMO, you just didn’t look hard enough.
