I got a message for temporarily banned from gaining XP. i’m assuming it’s because i was inactive for a period of time, i am at work as a firefighter got a call so i dropped everything and left.
how long is this temporary ban or how do i get this fixed?

there is an option to leave game takes 3 seconds > if u were afking to grind exp then yes ban well deserved !! if not then nvm

ive heard first ban is a day.
if youre actually a firefighter then id suggest putting either a power switch where you can easily access it to turn your console off or if its a wired network then have the cable somewhere you can yank it when you leave
I remember reading the same fireman story on the Reach forums.
The problem with the AFK XP ban is that if you don’t live with your Mum anymore and someone comes to the door and you have to answer it, if the person at the door wants to chat for more than a couple of minutes you have to be quite rude and tell them you have to go now otherwise you will get an AFK ban. They obviously have no idea what you are talking about and you certainly don’t have time to explain, so try this one “I have to go now I can smell burning toast” (and if I don’t save it some fireman is going to get an AFK ban 
Cheer up, your first ban is only for a day, after that it is two weeks for you and your console. Trust me, I have been there when Reach came out before I knew what not to do - it’s better to turn off your console and get a quit ban than an AFK XP ban.
