my friend and i were both playing some infinity slayer when we suddenly received notifications saying we were temporarily banned from receiving xp. we were given no reasoning as to why we were banned or to when we will be un banned. this needs to be fixed because we have done nothing wrong and don’t deserved to be punished.
Ive had this problem all day and it still hanst gone away and i didnt do anything to make them ban me all ive done is get killed alot and do some killing of my own as well but just got banned out of the blue… im frustrated

You most likely hit the daily cap on experience. I am sure 343 industries will raise/lift the cap on experience soon. In my opinion this was done on the grounds of equality as some people got the game days before actual release which would of gave them an unfair advantage.
we weren’t capped on xp. i know for a fact because we were playing all day with another kid who literally did better than us in every match and played more than us today… he wasn’t banned
Im going to say forget this game i wasted 110.00 dollars on it spent money on bying a butt load of mountin dew that i dont even like drinking and for what to get caped on 1 rank. i feel like im getting picked on for some reason… I love halo always have will always be a fan but in cod i never once got banned for enjoying some multiplayer. might as well just play cod instead… what is the point in even offering double xp if there is going to be a limit cap. the point of dbl xp is offered for ranking up faster so why should u be penalized for enjoying some multiplayer. we pay for codes and then they practicaly get stolen from us when there is this limit cap. If im not cheating then why should I get cheated???

I 100% agree about that! i went to the midnight release, bought the limited edition, stocked up on mountian dew for codes only to just be banned for no reason after 3 days? come on 343 this is pathetic!!!
okay i created this post a few hours ago because 343 told me this is the only way to get some help about it, and i still have not received any help. this is aggravating. I just want to play with my double xp! or just regular xp! this is not fair!!!
