Tempest is designed to be a group of players all playing Halo 4 for one purpose, to win. Right now set up as one team were looking to find more players with the same goal to create and interchangeable group of players with multiple teams under the same organization. We arrange games that fit best to the players on your team, and allow people to play on multiple teams or singles. The idea is to be dominant as a group. Inner Organization tournaments will be organized also. We don’t accept just anyone though, maturity is a big requirement along with age. You must also be a focused “Team” player, not one player that worries about his score alone.
