I’ve been banned for about an hour now from matchmaking, not because I quit, no… I was banned because I attempted and failed to connect to your server/game via your matchmaking setup, not once, but twice… This is a recurring problem for me and several teammates, what am I doing wrong?
Same is happening to me right now. Also happens when you’re playing with someone else on your network, but not on the same device as you.
Can also confirm this is happening to me, it will attempt to connect to a game and then I get the “Your connection was interrupted” at the last minute. We had a storm knock out power here last night, so I did attempt to restart PC/router/modem in the event something was being caught up there, am on a 15 minute ban, but if this is happening to other users right now, I’m sure it’ll keep happening to me if I keep attempting.
Yes this is apparently happening to more users, and if Im correct it ain’t the first time that happens, IDK whats going on but im so annoyed, I wont even try any of the “fixes” because Im sure that wont solve anything
Yep. I’m up to a 30 minute ban now.
From the Global Known Issues page on the Halo Support site:
- Players can be disconnected from an online match with a “Connection Interrupted” error.
- Please submit a ticket if you encounter this issue.
