when my son starts his game halo reach a message saying this 360 xbox console has been temporarly banned from earning points why and how do i fix for him?

I think the most common reasons are that your son either was playing s o poorly that the system thought he was messing around or he was AFC (Away from Controller) for a long period of time.
It’s only a temporary ban so it won’t last too long until he can gain credits again.
