Kicked from a game and now banned because I was kicked from the game because of the host switch. Seems fair to me… not. This peer to peer crap is really getting old. Halo 5 better have dedicated servers.
It’s likely just a quit ban. Have you quit a lot of games, recently?

It was announced that Halo on the XBOX ONE will have dedicated servers.
Yeah its a quit ban, but getting kicked out of a game because of a host switch should count as a quit IMO.

I agree, getting kicked out of the game due to a host switch should count as a quit. Otherwise players would simply sign out to quit to circumvent the quit ban. If you didn’t quit a bunch of games previous to the host switch then you wouldn’t have this issue, now would you?
You weren’t banned because of one lagout. You were banned because you have a ton of DNFs in your recent Game History.

That was not because of host migration, that was because of the disgusting amount of DNF’s you have within the first couple of pages of your game history.
