Telltale sign of hacker?

So in the past week I have come across an uptick in PC players that are near impossible to kill. They usually end up with a K/D of 15–1 range and when you are killed by them their name is never shown (just a blank box). Method of kill is also sometimes not present.

So far when I check their profile, it’s always a new account with gamerscore of less than 500.

Has anyone seen this? Is this just dsync?

I have not come across this at all. The most cheating I notice is modded controllers, which are easily identifiable by not getting descoped when shot.
