A person jumped off the side of the map Adrift, landed on the lower platform, stood still and teleported to the enemy base, capturing the flag immediately.
It’s not lag because I went into custom games and jumped off the same ledge, and there is a death barrier which kills you if you touch the lower platform, and no one else was showing any signs of lag. He was also 1st place with 400 some points at the start of the match. I have a theater clip of him doing this but I don’t know if I’ll be banned for showing it…

There is a Teleport AA in the game and a Hacker AA. The teleporter AA will allow you to teleport. The hacker AA allow you to stop AA of a enemy. But this 2 AA should not be online. Maybe 343i chose to give them free? I don´t know.
You can kinda “imitated” the teleport. What you do is go to forge, change the player speed to 300%. make the AA Thruster pack unlimited and give the spartan “good camo”
Then push LB as fast and as often you want. Your enemy Spartan will think you teleport
