I have noticed in matches when the AI teleports you, you units become frozen you lose them and they disappear but they still there in your unit population but cannot move them at all.
The Shipmaster AI teleports units off map and they can’t be recovered. Since the population is still took up you can’t build any more units. It happens quite frequently so the only solution for now is don’t play with Shipmaster AI.
