Teishin req pack

I have played halo 5 since launch yet I have not received the teishin armor or helmet at all and I have no packs available to open.Is there a way to solve this problem?

This has been addressed but never fixed. A lot of people having this issue.

All of you played H5 before November 7? That was the requirement. I received it in a req pack, but don’t remember when or what the req pack was called.
