Teishin Reikou? (or however its spelt)

So to my understanding, if you play Halo 5 any time before November 7th you get a free req pack with the teishin reikou armour set. Now I’ve been playing since launch and I have yet to receive it. Is it a bug? Or do I just have to wait until November 7th? Anyone know or have this problem happening
