I haven’t played Halo 5 for the past 2 days while waiting for the BTB update. While waiting, I also recieved my code for the Teishin Raikou armor set and I decided to wait until I have downloaded the BTB update before redeeming it. I finished downloading the update after it went live earlier today and after that I redeemed my code for my armor set, I then loaded up Halo to find that my Teishen Raikou armor set is still locked and no REQ pack is available for me to open. Also I unable to see any of the new REQ’s in the collection, although BTB is available for me to play. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
Restarting my console worked for me
Best thing to do is to restart the game or restart the console.
I have the same problem, I still haven’t been able to get it to show up
