I don’t speak for 343i, naturally, but there’s no distinction between having a paid Gold subscription and a free Gold trail. Yes: you will receive it. Don’t worry about it. Your base is covered.

Is it being done by alphabetical? Still not, and its almost as frustrating with trying to get a DMR. Lv. 50 and RNG screws me over again and again.

I still haven’t received mine and its past the deadline. I’ve been playing since the first day and have a full year of gold.

My copy of Halo 5 was stopped by customs since the 27th, for no reason at all, and they only sent it on Friday, so it will only arrive on the 10th or 11th.
This is rather annoying.
I have absolutely no chance of getting it, do I?

I have the limited edition and haved played since the second day released and still I haven’t received the helmet or armor. What should I do to receive it?

It’s not so much the delay, but the complete lack of acknowledgement up until now that this was the plan. If they had simply said “hey everyone: we have a lot of people to verify so give us time to get them issued” most people would be cool.
