Pre ordered it and played it on the first day. To this day I have still not got it.
Still havent got it, even after the update…
I don’t understand why nobody has even responded to anybody about this issue. Clearly there are still people that have not received their armor, and we are posting in the Halo 5 support forum.
One month no armor, Be playing since release, the HFBP req only took 10 minutes to verify, why is it taking so long. Oh well its quite self explanatory with the reputation halo 5 has given.

I pre-ordered both the collectors edition and the xbox one edition of halo 5 but unfortunately ended up being on vacation till mid November and missed my chance to get this armor. is there any other possible way to receive it or was it permanently exclusive to that set date of November 7?
343 needs to stop making halos they way they think it should be made and take there time on making there new games. I felt like halo 5 was rushed just so they could compete with the new call of duty black ops 3. They need to do something about the modders in this game perfect example spartan charge a guy in the back he turns around shoots me once with the pistol and continues on his way, correct me if I’m wrong but a spartan charge to the back is suppose to kill you.

To the people who haven’t gotten it yet, have any of you had persistent disconnection issues? Specifically in the manner of every 2-3 games or about every 15 -20 min, you will lose connection to the Halo 5 servers all together for a few seconds?

Hi. I need a new code. Xbl deleted my message. 
I haven’t received the armor set yet.
Umm…ok still haven’t gotten my armor on December 26th,more than a month later and I played my game the day it came out and played online the week it came out, where is my armor!!!

It will just be called promotional req pack and it will be in your inventory ready for you to open with the armour
