Hello, I received my code fine. My daughter got the message and had a notification that it was “ready to launch” which she clicked but the armor is no where to be found. No req pack to open anywhere and it’s not in her inventory. Please tell me there is something that I can do.
UPDATE. I think I figured it out. Is it possible that my daughter just hasn’t received her own code yet? That is about the only thing that makes sense. Thank you.

Hi I pre ordered halo 5 and played it before the 7th and I’ve been waiting to get my free teishen raikou armour set and whatever else is included if there is?! I don’t know what else to do but for some reason when I turned on my 360 the other day it gave me a code and I put it in and it said that it was already used or not valid. this is really frustrating and I just would like that to be all done. if you can send me a new code or just put it on my gamertag that would be very much appreciated I guess. my email address is <mark>email removed by Monitor</mark>. so please please please send me another code to my email or just put it on my gamertag which is c0mf0rtab1ynumb. please help me!

i havent get the Nightfall Armour and Helmet but have seen all 5 Episode
can somone tell me anything about that?

awwww I mist out! anybody have armor to spare?
Hi there, I just spent three phone calls and two hours on the phone with MS Support about this. My husband and I played the same qualifying match for the Teishin Raikou armor together. He (Judas Gryphon) received the armor in an xbox live code, and I (Kyleia) did not.
They said I’d have to contact the developer to get the code issued and they couldn’t do anything to help. I tweeted @Halo to see if they were still being distributed but did not get a response. It looks like other people are still having issues too?
What do I need to do to ensure this gets sent to me? (Yes, I’m aware it needs to be sent to my xbox live message box, but I checked and it is not there.)

It should just appear in your requisitions, not in your xbox inbox
It appears that the code comes in the Xbox Live inbox, you redeem it, and then you get a REQ pack that has the armor in it. My husband’s came that way. Regardless, I have not received it via either method.

The Teishen armour was released to players in the form of a redeemable Xbox Live code. Once redeemed the pack will show up under your REQ packs to open, but you do need to redeem that code first
