So I’ve been hearing about people receiving this armor set after playing Halo 5 before November 7th. My friend received his Teishin Raikou set 3 hours ago and I’ve played since around November 1st yet I still haven’t received a code for it. From what my friend said, he got a message - from what I’m guessing was an Xbox Live message - with the code. Can anyone help out? Is there some kind of problem occurring with sending out the code or am I not qualified? Is it exclusive or do you get early access through REQ packs?
I’ve been playing since October 27th, 12:01am eastern time, and a friend of mine got his code a few hours ago, I’m still waiting for mine. They’re literally going through every gamertag that played before the 1st or whenever, there are quite a lot of them, as I’m sure you can tell. All we can do is wait.
I was curious if this was only for people that played multiplayer. Anyone have any idea?
Pretty sure it was for just playing any kind of game mode before the 7th
ive been playing around release and dident get my armour either. my best guess is that it is some sort of glitch or maybe it was a halo waypoint message

Reading your post made me check my Xbox Live messages, and sure enough there was a message with my code sitting in it. What’s weird is that I didn’t get any of the usual prompts telling me I had received a message.
