I know that this topic might be posted a lot, however, I can’t figure out why some people are getting it and others aren’t. I played both the beta and the actual game before the deadline of November 7th and to no evail, I have not recieved the armor like the promotion says. I don’t know if it is something that they will award people after the deadline or not so I am flying blind as of now with this issue. 343i hasn’t responded to any of the problems associated with this promotion nor have they given clarity of the situation, which is a tad surprising if you ask me. If anyone in the community has an answer and/or solution to this problem then please post it so that others can be informed. Thank you for your time and have a great day/night!
Give it time, their servers aren’t perfect, If you don’t get it I’ll assume you can contact tech support or something, mine showed a few days after launch so who knows, also I’m still missing the helmet I think.

Most likely, the problem probably stems from the fact that so many users have qualified for the promotion that it will take a while for everyone to get the armor promotion. As far as I have looked, 343i doesn’t have customer support contact information and Xbox support will send you here to post about it. I will wait for a week or two and if I don’t recieve the armor, then I will see if Microsoft support can do any better at troubleshooting this issue. Thank you for the feedback as it is much appreciated and hopefully 343i views this issue and possibly resolve it.
