-Cortana-
Cortana is our Artificial Intelligence agent in the Halo universe. She has always provided much help to the Master Chief. She is the only one with answers that are sometimes unknown in the Halo universe. I believe Cortana could use a complete overhaul in Halo 4. She could revolutionize the Master Chief’s HUD in various ways, Such as generate Holographic AI enemy’s for training sequences in the field of Forge maps that you collect in the campaign via Kinect. Wouldn’t it be interesting to combine your forge maps with Artificial Intelligence? What if you could choose a certain enemy from the Halo universe to fight against Holographic-ally?
-Holographic Technology throughout Halo-
There was a Halo 2 mission I believe, where the Master Chief had to kill The Oracle. I remember the Oracle summoning two Holographic enemy’s to deter the Master Chief from killing him, but The Oracles feudal attempts failed to mislead the Master Chief and the Oracle was slain by him. The object’s that contained the Holograms looked like some type of grenade, but I’m not really sure though. However, if this device from the Halo Universe could be re-instituted in Halo 4 I believe it would provide some interesting game play for players of the series.
In Halo Reach Holographic technologies just began to scratch the surface of this soon to be universal tool. However, it lacked direction and an objective. The player could post the direction in which the hologram followed, but it did not seem to effectively engage the enemy.
Holographic technologies were not seen in Halo 3.
We are now coming upon Halo 4, but will it have holographic technologies in it or not? I believe it could be a great attribute to Halo 4 game play. However, in most circumstances this subject could be overlooked. I enjoy earning medals and I enjoy fighting a diverse enemy to earn those medals, but do I have to be subject to a raw beating every time I face one? Can I just be pursued for once and develop strategy’s against a set of adversary’s?
