Technical Problems with Halo 5

The problem is that I have, is that now the dialogue, the voices, aren’t there. But every other sound, it is. I am talking more about campaign. Please, help me. :c

#1 try a hard reset and see if that works. If that doesn’t work this sounds like you may have to do a dreeded uninstall and reinstall. Now when you uninstall the game. Do a hard reset to be sure no other programs are running on your Xbox. Also used a wired connection while installing if you can. Also don’t do anything else while the game installs. Xbox one games are massive and I feel the Xbox one is really pushed to it’s max to even just run some of these games.

Sure, a hard reset is when you hold down the power button until the Xbox shuts off, I like to unplug the power cord for a good few seconds for extra measure. This makes sure that all programs that maybe running stop running. H5 pushes the Xbox one to it’s max it seems so it’s best not to be running other stuff while playing H5. Hard resets seem to work wonders for the Xbox one. It usually fixes any type of glitches and connection problems, at least for me they do. Now loss of aduio maybe more than just a glitch. I say the dreaded uninstall/re-install because the game being 95 gig the re-install can take awhile. I stress the use of wired connection for the Xbox because it’s the most stable and strong connection. I am one of the few that plays regularly on a wired connection at home and on a wifi connection at work. I experience more issues while on wifi than wired. Granted I don’t get very many issues usually. Again after uninstalling the game I recommend a hard reset just to be sure your Xbox can be at top performance for the download, same resore why I say don’t play any other games or programs while it downloads and installs and use that wired connection if you can.

Okay, I think I understand, I will try.
But do I have to do the hard reset before and after? Or only after?

I usually do a hard reset almost every time before I play, well only because I leave my Xbox one unplugged. But I also do one after any update that either Microsoft or 343 does.
