So I’m having a few issues and was wondering if anyone else has had these problems or has any solutions,

I can’t change my banner or user image,
and it also tells me in my service record om here that I haven’t played Reach, Halo 3 and about everything else prior to Halo 4, when I clearly have. I’ve got the achievements on my XBL account…

i can change user image but not so it shows my current halo 4 armour ???

Have you changed your gamertag at all since you last played? If you have, you should be able to hope on an play a quick game of each and after a short time your account should sync up again :slight_smile:

For the banner image issue, try using another browser and see if that helps. Or clear the cache and cookies from your current one, log back in and try again
