I’m losing my loadouts in the middle of a match, and my rank is reset to 1 with basic armor for the remainder of the time I play Halo 4 — it only resets to my normal loadouts and rank when I go back to the dashboard and load Halo 4 up again, and the same problems persist during in the next game. Modifying loadouts or selecting differencet custom loadouts mid-match have no effect on the problem, only rebooting or going back to the dashboard. On top of that, I’m not receiving any experience points for my games and I have lost at least 9 matches of Double XP. Is anyone else experiencing this problem, and what is 343 doing to reimburse use/me for the lost Double EXP.
First off Double XP is a promotion, you will not be “reimbursed” because its not for sale. Its a free addition to a seperate product.
As for your point about kits; You are losing connection to the Halo 4 account server, and are being defaulted to the basics kits to allow you to play on till the connection is re-established.
You should trouble shoot your internet connection to xbox live in the consoles network panel. Check your NAT setting is “OPEN”, and ensure your router/modem is properly configured for Xbox.

Open NAT with zero connectivity problems.

343 should make good at least on my standard experience points, considering that I put the time, effort, and money into their product and Halowaypoint clearly logs my progess/stats.
Lag is not really a factor when connecting to the account server. You only tend to get a message when on the main menu such as “unable to connect to Halo 4 servers”. Any XP acrued while not connected to the account servers will not be counted as it cannot be verified with real time updates. The servers must track you while connected for it to count, otherwise its open to abuse from hackers.
The issue is called a fallback server, so you can continue to play online even when you are unable to connect to the stat servers.

Thanks for the fallback server information, but here’s what I don’t get - everyone I’m playing against and my friends/teammates have their custom armor, rank, loadouts, etc. I’m the only person experiencing the problem. Is that normal?
Yup, it happens, sorry dude 
Used to occur more often during the week of release but I just stopped playing for a few hours and came back and it was normal.
