Technical Issue - Can't Sprint

Shortly before or after the update I started having issues sprinting and lately is has gotten to the point where I can’t sprint properly. Sometimes it allows me to sprint and other times it choppy and then even worse it just will not allow me to sprint. Also, at times my movement halts entirely.

This issue is not my controller as it works fine on other games and I have also changed my layout to let me sprint on A and X buttons and I still can’t sprint. It is also not lag as the problem persists in campaign as well.

I have uninstalled the update, the disc content, and also cleared my cache to no avail.

I haven’t seen anyone else having this issue either but I would like a solution as this problem renders the game unplayable.

Man I thought I was the only with this problem too. I haven’t seen any threads about it either. Im responding so hopefully the dev team can include it in the next update. It really ruins my fun. Especially during a match when I need to clear a stretch of open field and my sprint feels like it cancels then i get sniped. It shouldn’t because I use the unlimited sprint ability. I thought maybe it was my connection but I too notice it does it in campaign. Hopefully they know about it bro.

I don’t get it. So are we going to get a response or? The game is unplayable. Maybe NOT having sprint in the game at all would be a better solution.

Haha yeah i hope they do because i gots to haz my sprint man. I like being quick on my feet.

bumping is against the rules! But anyway I have been having this problem also. But only when the game first starts after that it’s better

I’ve never heard of someone having this issue. I wonder what causes this since it seemingly affects a small number of individuals.

Has happened to me a couple times, but only seems to happen when the game is laggy. Network issues seem to be the cause in my opinion, and it does seem like it affects everyone in the game. Have also not been able to use armor abilities when the game lags. hope this helps!

I doubt it is a network error as it happens in campaign

Try playing Campaign with your network settings set to local. Or turn off Xbox Live completely. That will tell you for sure.

Would really like a fix as I love this game but I simply CANNOT play it like this.

Yeah fore this is a huge one for me. I know alotta players have issues with the game. Most of them dont bother me but this interrupts the flow of me ability to play. On a number of occasions I’ve shut my console off in the middle of a game because I my movement just stops and I’ll get splattered or sniped across the map. Frustrating to say the least.

I have it happen occasionally in a really laggy MM game.

This is occurring offline in the campaign as well, I disconnected my console

I really wish I could play with my buddy Hagen. But you can’t play this game with this glitch.

It happens to me every so often out of the blue… More times then not, when games first begin, but sometimes at other random times.

Have you tried re-connecting the controller on a new frequency? Have you tried other control pads? Have you tried re-installing all of the game data to the HDD? Have you tried deleting and redownloading the game update?

Controllers analog stick could just be jammed or broken.

Sometime I cant sprint, too.
Same for shooting. I press RT and sometime I cant shoot and then I got killed by the enemy :frowning: Or I press RT and insteat of shooting it let me changed my weapon.
