Technical errors that mar gameplay experience

I’m not sure if these are known issues, but I do hope they get addressed.
Aside from weapon balancing, there are an abundance of technical errors that need to be addressed in a title update, that keep cropping up, and are very frustrating to deal with.

Bullets penetrating surfaces.
Time and time again this has happened to me on multiple maps. I think I’m behind cover and I die. I check the theatre, and lo-and-behold, it’s easily visible that rounds are penetrating surfaces. I wish I could link to my file share, but I have screenshots and videos of two separate occurrences.

Instant-Spawn locations leading to unfair advantages.
This just happened to me on Abandon. I killed their snipe by beach/caves, I’m down to 1S, and he instant spawns on the beach not 20 feet away, turns to his right and kills me with a burst from his BR. Again, incredibly frustrating to deal with.

Again, I’m not sure if these are known issues, but I do hope they get addressed.

Bullets penetrating surfaces has happened since Halo 3, I bet it happened to me in Halo 2 as well but I don’t remember that.

It’s a latency issue, for the host you are not yet behind cover and it’s like that for others as well, so when they shoot you, even though you are behind cover on your screen, you’re hit. You can choose between getting shot through walls on your screen or getting killed by missed shots on your screen.

Instant spawns is a different story. Perhaps you went too far into their spawn? Although I’ve experienced it and it’s annoying. Instant spawns shouldn’t be in the game.

I was curious if it was host-advantage ordeal. It would make sense if that was the case.

They need to tweak instant spawns, or just remove them entirely.
