Tech Support For Infinite

Can’t open the game, it gives me a couple of errors on Steam about Graphics and DirectX 12, and crashes while loading after the initial cutscenes. Note that my computer doesn’t meet minimum requirements, but I was able to play the tech preview and I can run all kinds of Xbox One games perfectly fine, so I don’t know why the minimum requirements are so high.

I am also stuck on offline mode ( says on top right )

Cant do anything. No customization menu lead to actual content. just menus.
Cant start any kind of game.
News and battlepass bars on main menu also just show loading cricles.

I cannot purchase in-game credits, tried updating Microsoft account and Steam account with wallet funds and still nothing.

I have all the required specs for Ultra performance (as per the updated PC specs) yet I only get between 14 - 30 fps @ 1080p on medium settings. No other game I’ve played has run as bad as Infinite and I had the same problem with the last Flight. It’s unplayable.

OS: Windows 10 Home 21H1
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800H
GPU: RTX 3080 Mobile (16 GB)
RAM: 2x16 GB 3200 MHz
SSD: 1 TB Samsung 970 EVO Pro

I cant seem to find the right resolution in fullscreen and I don’t really want to play windowed my resolution is 1366x768 but the “100%” resolution is only going to 1366x807 anyone else having this problem?

Crashing - Anyone else getting crashing just randomly mid game?

I’m using gigabyte radeon 5700 xt and i can’t run the game it will load to the main title screen then black screen and crash?

Whenever I try to queue I get hit with a “No ping to our datacentres.” and it doesn’t let me queue. Anyone know what to do? I saw some other people have this issue too.

I cannot purchase in-game credits either on PC

I have an issue where the game just crashes after a few seconds, I see a still loading screen before the tgame clsoes and I can’t see any error message, currently updating drivers

I am missing many cosmetics that I know I should have. I’ll put a list of what I am missing:
WCT Armor Coating
WCT Vehicle Coating
WCT Emblem
Rockstar Energy Warthog ( I have the other rockstar rewards which is weird )
Pre-order skins

Hoping these will be fixed soon since I paid real money upwards of $100 for them because they were toys and drinks.

Whenever I try to change my Spartan-ID I get a Profile-Sync-Error.

@Thready704 This isnt the full release this is beta so I would assume Pre-Order skins wont be available till the 8th on full release.

Performance is awful.
1080Ti, 16GB RAM, i7-8700K
1440p, Ultra Settings: 55-75 fps, lots of drops and variation, sometimes jumps to 100fps in very small sections of maps.

Drop settings to low and I get 90-100fps, which still isn’t great considering just how awful the game looks on lowest settings. And Ultra does not justify the performance. Older games like BF1 and BFV are way better visually, have more players, and still run max settings 1440p for me at over 80fps at all times.

I get to “Press Enter to Play” and the game freezes and I get the not responding pop up, music still plays though.

I’m on Xbox Series X and maybe its’ me but I cannot turn off the game chat for other team mates. I.e., one guy that has loud music in the background. When I show the teammates I can’t mute someone…Am i missing something?

Keep getting an error whenever I launch the game through steam saying “Incompatible Operating Systems Version. Please update your Windows 10 Operating System to the Fall Creators Update (version 1709) or higher.” As far as I know, I am completely up to date as my Windows said it was last updated 2 days ago. I have tried everything from reinstalling, verifying the games integrity, compatibility mode, and running it as administrator and no matter what I get the same error. The game launches and then freezes 5 seconds later. Any help that can be provided would be awesome!

When launching through steam it tells me to update my windows version to The Fall Creators Update or higher (version 1709) As far as i know im fully up to date on my Windows OS. I have tried every fix I could find but none have worked.
