The UNOFFICIAL thread for Infinite bugs and errors. Reply with problems and we will try to help.

Edit: Here are a few Bugs and Answers. The list will expand as reports roll in.

Bug: Blue Screen
Answer: Check size of game and make sure it is either 17 gigs on console, or 27/26 on Steam. If it is, try restarting your PC or Console, if it isnt, Try restarting you PC or Console (Ikr) and the new version should be downloadable.

Edit: Help each other if you see bugs you’ve fixed, there are 50+ replies i have to sort thru that are a bit much for me.

im getting bsod on PC after the game is open for a few minutes. Doesn’t matter if im sitting in menu or loading into a game.

1080 and 8700 cpu with 16gb ram.

Apparently its a problem with your Windows 11. Microsoft is working on it.

If its a BSOD on infinite then it isnt related to your PC as Console players are experiencing the same thing. Its most likely a launch bug that will get patched soon, I’ll update you on that asap

ok. I should mention it crashes my whole PC btw. Excited to play hopefully I can soon :slight_smile:

I launch the game on Steam (Windows 10) and sign into my Xbox Live account but then the game is stuck in Offline mode (says Offline in the top right where it shows fps and what not) and I cannot get out of that mode. Can’t start custom games, weapon drills can’t even open weapon bench or player customization.

Have you tried restarting your PC? Its stupid for me to recommend this but a lot of people are saying it works.

Will try a restart after the game finishes reinstalling (uninstalled it and trying to install again to see if that would work)

I’m able to load in, but then it stutters and crashes to desktop. Have tried verifying files on steam but no fix.

Yes mine is 26 GB and change

Mine is 26.1 GB so I think it’s ok?

According to Steam its 24Gigs

On our xboxes (Series X and One X) we had the pre-load but opening gave us the blue screen.

But if you highlight Infinite on the Xbox guide and then press the menu button (3 bars) and go to updates - you will see the option for game update. Clicked and the downloads are now underway.

Trying to update the Game on Xbox, and all I get is “Something went wrong” error 0x87e50031 can’t find nothing or anyone else having the same problem!

Mouse on xbox still is broken!!! You can turn around a bit!!! Unistalling very soon ;(
