So I went back to Halo: Master Chief Collection and decided to try beating all the Halo’s on Legendary. While I was at it, I decided to see if they had any new customization options, and boy they did. I saw that you could choose a different tech suit, which was pretty awesome. I also read that you’d be able to create details on your armor and have a wider choice of customization for your spartan like Halo: Reach, but way better. Anyone know if they’re going to add a tech suit option too, and if there’s any new cool customization choices?
No word on that yet but I honestly hope so. Fireteam Osiris had some cool ones that I wish I could’ve put on my Spartan in Halo 5.
Not sure about the tech suit but you can put things like magazines, and other accesories in the armor.
I’m guessing yes because that option in MCC was added in recently. I feel like whatever options are in MCC should also be in Infinite. Also the screenshots that we’ve gotten of armour have differing tech suits… on the other hand maybe that’s part of the coating system though

same here. Their techsuits were really smooth and nice looking
As I said: just give me the Spartan-II suit
I belive the tech suit was something for halo online and 343 just wanted to bring that back on mcc to bring more content but they have no plans of having them back.

This is confirmed. If you look at the new armor and scroll into the image, look at the techsuits. Each have different appearances and different textures. I’m assuming with the combination of Reach armor, modern armor and 3 armor, artstyles will be different depending on your armor. And you can change the texture/design of your techsuits.

I would’ve love to rock a FULL SET of Locke’s HUNTER armor, complete with those glowing energy conduits, his unique techsuit, and that cool metallic sheen on his armor, as well as that cool yellow arrow icon on his helmet.
Maybe an option to have a different armor coating on the techsuit
