You did make sure the Insider Support page is for Halo: Infinite flight, and that your status on Halo Insider is set to Active for the Infinite flight right?
The tech support page has been shut down until they release the codes for the flight

I have the exact same thing.
I believe it’s because it hasn’t launched yet. Once the flight is live I believe we will have access.
Where is the link to that page? it’s gone from the blog.

I get the same issue too. I was trying to find out why I never received the email confirmation, but I can’t even log a support ticket. Last time I spoke to MS support about my Xbox account they said that my account was the oldest they had ever seen as because it was so old that I was always going to have problems with my profile, so that’s never a good starting point.
