I was not impressed by the voice acting by any means, though I understand how hard it can be to come by people with a voice that can make these things sound proper. Even so, it was impossible to take seriously.
I also didn’t really get a feel of what was to come from the machinima later on, it seemed to reveal absolutely nothing. It wasn’t very exciting.

Well, it was supposed to be a little cryptic. I picked that poem for a specific reason as it has a lot to do with the character and his story. You just have to listen to the lines and inspect to get insight on the character. Also, I was a little worried about the whole not saying too much about the overall story, so I asked another machinimator about it as he does a lot of machinima has a decent following. He told me that it was alright as it was only a teaser and not a trailer. What I wanted people to get from it was a sense of mystery as the mood given off is, in my opinion, very mysterious. I like the idea of making people think about what they’re watching instead of just straight out telling them. I made it the way it is to reflect the feel of the actual story.
