Team Throwdown v3 settings puzzle me

Dispatch removed enough though players enjoyed Dispatch Extract. Haven Extract gone. Based on this thread, http://www.halocouncil.com/community/index.php?/topic/13659-pre-v3-community-testing/. Goodbye dispatch… sigh.

Does anyone know the logic of this stuff? I’m really really glad Monolith is getting a secured seat, but some of these choices make little sense to me. Why is Shutout an option? Other than nostalgia, most throwdowners seem to hate it.

(Edited my post to remove my Abandon hating, since I checked out some vids of the new v3 Abandon and it looks vastly improved by simply taking snipe off the beach (the fact that it was there in the first place was stupid, just stupid))

Because dispatch is a dreadful map which is too big for the BR which makes the game very linear.

Theres much better forge maps out there
