What happened to team snipers? Why not add it back? or at least add it to social games. I just played a social game with rocks and rails while moon bouncing around a map, why? That’s the worst idea ever lol Who recommends these playlist?
Snipers is a rotational playlist now since it didn’t have a good population when it was permanent.

343 suck so much , the population is super small because of all their mistake… and they choose to punish sniper because of there mistake… its not the fault of the sniper if the population is low in the game… and don’t told me team sniper population is too small , all other halo game keep it.
I want team snipers, at least on social, but not the shotty variant. If population matters then why even add something like hardcore fiesta to ranked?

THAT, is a damn good question.
I’d like some sniper playlist to always be available. That could be Mythic Shotty Snipers, Shotty Snipers, ranked Team Snipers, etc.

Tbh , shotty sniper atm is not popular… its hard to find game , for once i have to agree the population is low…
But my opinion don’t change , they should keep team sniper ranked all the time even if the population is low…
Its the only halo i know ,they remove playlist for low population…
I guess that another bad thing about 343.
They should keep it but maybe add other variants to it if population is low so that more people play it

I don’t necessarily think it’s population that makes it hard to find a game, it’s the mmr. H5’s population across all playlists isn’t bad, it is a bit low in some places, but each playlist isn’t dead, the mmr doesn’t help this AT ALL though as it does make certain playlists look dead, due to either how sweaty they are, or how casual they are.

Bruh…my experience IS uneven matches haha, Carrying games with teammates that aren’t at the same skill as you in any way, shape or form while the enemy has got all around teammates or is in a team of 3 or above. It might be fair for the casuals, but when you’ve put a lot of time into the game where you can play really well, the game treats you like absolutely -Yoink- with the games you get, only once in a while you’ll get a fair, chill game, in my case anyway.

I think you could certainly add at least a team snipers variant to Action Sack. That achieves the dual goal of updating action sack and pleasing those who want a team snipers variant.

Honestly i disagree … I feel team sniper should stay permanant ranked and not permanant social… There is more chance to see a population growing ifs its ranked… Also i find between permanent social or ranked , i feel its better ranked.

I personally don’t see that but hey. It was ranked for some time regardless, I don’t want btb maps but that should be obvious since ranked snipes when it was back last didn’t have that. Just wish it had more variety since it’s easily possible with all the sniper modes which would fit in better with social.

I’m not sure about that tbh, action sack is supposed to be a bit more of a custom game like playlist, not packing in core modes like snipes, sure it could be changed up a bit to fit a bit more, but it doesn’t really seem like a kind of action sacky mode.
Maybe if there was one sniper map in halo 5 it would be popular. Playing snipes on shotgun maps is crap. Really, it’s a 100% Microcrap/343 move to shove the longest ranged weapon into CQC maps with horrid spawns and expect good results.

Yeah, Halo 5’s 4v4 maps are really cramped. This puts one’s adaptability to test…
Similarly, it puts the spawn algorithm to the test, and in its current state competitive play is compromised.
I’m betting that’s the reason it was pulled from the ranked playlist.
The problem with Halo 5’s maps is that they are all small, competitive, 4 vs. 4 maps. This is the sole reason why I don’t play Team Snipers on Halo 5. Sniper rifles are designed for long range combat, not close quarters. Maps such as Halo 3’s Standoff and Halo: Reach’s Hemorrhage work because they are open areas for long range combat and you can still get up close and personal for those who want their 360 no-scopes.
I just hope that Halo: Infinite’s multiplayer maps aren’t as competitive focused as Halo 5’s are.
