343 i know you are rotating playlists and all. But this game type needs to be put in stone when 1-50 comes out. Other game types take skill, but not like this one. Team Snipers is the most skilled required game type so far. To be honest no other play list that is currently out takes skill. In my opinion they are all social friendly and easy.
For the love of god, please hurry up with this 1-50. I am developing anger management due to your " join in progress". Out of 100 games played, i seriously joined at least 50 half way done games…
2 more things. Once again for the love of god. Please hurry up and add MORE maps! I am so bored of playing the same ones. And get rid of the sniper “flinch”. Its SOOOO annoying. Give me a chance to out snipe my opponent when i am shot once. Don’t just flinch my screen and let him get the easy finish…

… Not sure what Snipers you play. Maybe your watching the kill cams. Which are a total fail. I drop 25-30 kills a game. 95% of the kids i get paired up are terrible. I need some competition.
Not viewing kill cams at all. It is obvious in practice. Am better with the Halo 4 sniper than I have ever been before. You have such a huge area to shoot in and it counts as a headshot. It is ridiculous.

I agree, it is very easy to get head shots. Especially from far away. But to be honest, i don’t mind it. Its like halo 2. Easy head shots but slower feel of the sniper. I can’t complain, i pwn kids all day erryday in this game type.

Microsofts true skill is there. Not a real 1-50 true skill. That is definitely not there…
I am lvl 50 now. I get paired up all the time with 70s and 80s. Pwn them all day long. Only sometimes i get a teammate or a competitor on the opposite team that does really good.
In halo 2 or 3… when i got paired up… People were definitely my skill level. Not like in this game…

Level means nothing in this. If I’m playing by myself or with friends of even skill, we get matched in lobbies that are pretty close skill-wise. If I group up with friends that are worse than I am at the game, we get into lobbies that I can dominate consistently.
Sounds like you may just need to play more games to hit your trueskill level. Otherwise, who knows.

I don’t need to play more. I have played enough… The skill gaps in this system are too huge and that is why this system does not work.

Speak for yourself, the gaps are very tight when I’m playing by myself. The only times the gap loosens is when I party up with friends who are worse than I am, and then it takes our average and results in a game that is easier than my normal.

For me they are. If I’m not in a party (most of my games), the outcome is generally very close. In the few games my team gets absolutely destroyed, I can still typically pull at least a 1-1.2 KD.
