I’m pretty inconsistent tbh. I need help with it because there are times I can land shots but other times where I choke a whole clip.

If stats aren’t your thing, just play for fun. I know for sure I won’t judge you for your K/D.
Repetition is everything. Get used to scoring headshots more often on Legendary during Campaign (or not, the game will punish you for that) or just practice being proficient at long range in general; usually with a Pistol. But try to always get hitmarkers. All those things help you get on-target faster. Also calm down, it helps not to be twitching 
I’ve found that playing SWATnums heightens both your accuracy and awareness quite a bit, so definitely try that before hopping back in.

its wierd though cos im half decent at SWAT and legendary is way to easy but i just cant use the sniper rifles? does some input lag make it harder or something?
