team play vs solo play

In Halo 3, winning was all that mattered, individual stats meant nothing.

In Halo Reach, winning means a MINIMAL credit bonus and nothing else, the focus is on individual play. Which isn’t a bad thing, but to me the point of playing a multiplayer online first person shooter is to not only kill the enemy but to work together as a team in order to WIN.

So in Halo 4, would you like to see an emphasis on team play, or solo play?

depends on the gametype and playlist

things like BTB, invasion, and TS is a yes to Team supportness

but things like Rumble pit (obviously) SWAT and snipers should promote solo play, as staying together is a bad idea

for the other playlists, like Objective and Arcade playlists (action sack)it depends purely on the game

in Objective, things like assault and CTF should go with teamwork,a s its easier to get the flag to point as a team, with people covering the objective carrier

but things like territories and stockpile should promote solo play, spiting up the team to go for multiple objectives will help you win better
