Spartan Team Omega, founded in 2010, was built upon the foundation of the average gaming community. Through recent years it has matured to fit the needs of the gamer while also conforming to qualities that average gaming communities do not prioritize in. While supporting a healthy community, STO also instills qualities such as a friendly staff, a well managed website, and most importantly a gaming franchise that we share a common interest in; Halo. What is Conquest?
Conquest is a turn-based war simulation game series and is currently the largest feature STO has to offer. In short, there are two factions; a red and a blue team, each separated into fire teams. There is a war map to display a solar system with the given territories the factions will be fighting over. The faction’s objective is to control all of the given territories on the map, and the winning faction will receive the spoils of war. Our site currently revolves around this concept, but is not a requirement to participate if you are wanting to join our adventure.

I love this community so much! I’ve been a part of Team Omega for 2 years now, and it’s never let me down. The community is so tied together and we help each other out constantly. It’s like a big, caring family of people who love Halo, and what more could you want? I’d love to see new people join the Spartan Team Omega experience, because there’s really no community like it anywhere else.
The Conquest feature that Dare, the other admins and I have put together is truly something special, unique, and a really cool way to play Halo. All I can say is:
“Go ahead and join up already!”
A well designed and committed community. I’ve been apart of them since 2011 and don’t regret a moment of it. They’re a fun group of people and love to do what they do.

Not only is it a community filled with awesome people, but the way they’re setup is truly something unique. Unlike other ‘hardcore clans’ you can choose to just remain a part of the forums and participate in community playdates when YOU want to, or you can join the more miltary-styled Conquest portion of the clan. You’re given a choice.
There are so many other things this clan has to offer. Many of them even go beyond Halo. I’ve loved this clan since day one and I’ll stay with it until it goes away. Which I doubt will happen, considering it’s been around for three years strong.
STO is a wave of the future.

After holding several positions within the group throughout the years, I am glad to be able to say that these guys are the most dedicated group of guys I have had the joy of stumbling upon in the vastness that is the interwebs.
Whether it be just the average game day, or the mentioned Conquest(which has been in development for a very good deal of time now), this group has continually had a fun and relaxed atmosphere since its founding. It has grown into more than just a community, it has grown into a family, a family who’s arms are always held open, waiting for new members.
