Team of 3 needs 1 for comp/GB/MLG Customs

Alias, Knife, and Rudy need 1 more player for a fun, long term GB team that is focused on getting better, having fun, gaining chemistry as a team, and winning.
We tend to not want people that care about their ranks, but people who do GB for competitive practices.

We have basic criteria to join our team:

  1. Have a mic, KNOW CALLOUTS, and talk a LOT. Communication is key, if you don’t talk, you probably won’t make our team.

  2. Must want 3 basic things… To have fun, to get better, and the urge to hopefully win.

  3. Must have some competitive experience, so know first time competitive players unless you really think you’re good enough for comp.

  4. We don’t want players that rage, quit, or get mad over losing. We’re in this for fun and to get better, winning just makes it more fun. If you’re going to rage, rage quit, or leave the team after we lose, don’t try out. We’re trying to get a group of people that are good, and want to get good together.

  5. Wants to be on a serious team, and is going to be stoked to play on our team.

The Team:

  1. Will have daily practices
  2. Will be long term
  3. Will play during evenings
  4. Will be all about getting better.

Practices(No exact schedule):

  1. Two days of matchmaking to work on setups, awarness, team shots, sticking together, and playing smart
  2. Two days of customs, scrims, etc.
  3. One day of customs and scrims, possibly GB.
  4. The weekends will be dependant on how we are feeling and playing whether we play GB, customs, matchmaking, or nothing at all.

We understand a lot of people won’t be able to get on everyday. But you must be on daily usually. Taking a day off for dinner, family time, hanging out with friends, or going to play a sport are all liable excuses on why you’d miss a practice.

When you first join you’ll be asked:

  1. What kind of player you are(Slayer, support, objective).
  2. Your age.
  3. What state you’re in.
  4. What your playtime hours are.
  5. How you play with a team.

Tryouts will be Thursday, 1/24/13 in the evening hours so try to get on at that time, or we may start without you!
First players with friend requests/messages will get in first, we’ll rotate teams until we get a solid 4.
