I’m at work right now, so I won’t get to try it till I get off at five. How good or bad is the Team Objective playlist? What do you guys think?
I’m looking forward to it honestly…maybe this way they can fit more playlists since they are somewhat consolidating here.
Objective was one of my favorites in reach anyways…
I’m only playing Halo 4 again for Team Sniper…thats it.
From what I’ve played, I really like it. No crap instant respawns and no ordinance. Sure, they’re still armour abilities but I can stomach that.

I like it a lot! I wish they would get rid of the separate smaller objective based gametypes like CTF and oddball, since they are in team objective, and put new playlists in! Good job 343, it’s a good start!

CTF is in it too? Awesome. So the playlist I will be going to for my favorite gametype, Team Regicide, will also have my second favorite gametype, CTF? Fantastic.
Yeah, the CTF playlist has been virtually unplayable since Infinity CTF was introduced anyway, so go ahead and put it to sleep.

I want some one flag CTF with separate rounds for offense and defense.

I never saw the appeal of one flag. Every round is one sided, you only use half the map, it so often becomes a camp fest, and you only win on defense when the other team runs out of time. What is it about one flag you like?

They’re not. They’re just not for everyone nor every game type.

Really. I got the impression that he just doesn’t like AAs in general. Also, I’ve seen plenty of outright hatred of AAs on the forums. Including blatant statements saying AAs don’t belong in Halo. I’ve seen plenty of looking down on AAs, where have you been. For the reacord, I love em.
omg… amazing news, just read the blog. KoTH is FINALLY BACK!! So actually neither, it’s awesome. 343 is finally taking some steps towards managing playlists by combining them, the only thing is that team snipers/team doubles shouldn’t be rotational, TD actually kinda brought me back
I don’t understand why they don’t put all objective types in one playlist.
Also why no big team objective yet? I mean I don’t need a separate playlist for it, just make bt slayer BTB instead!
Um, I just want to clarify something. Despite what some have said in this thread, CTF is not in Team Objective. I would love it if it was.
It is a good playlist, just the same. Very fun.
If I could just ask for one thing, though.
Could we please not play oddball almost every single match? I like oddball, and I understand that it’s the easiest to make into a one sided blowout, but the other gametypes are fun, too.
