seriously this pisses me off , i assasinate a guy and a teamate comes and punches it , i get the assist medal!

And since friendly fire is off i can betray him , i enjoy watching people been assasinated , i never steal them
CAN 343 FIX THAT? Just like in BF3 , no one can steal it. I love this game but thats the only thing i dislike.

I wanted the Venator helmet so bad , but since teamates are stealing them i cant.

While I agree that they should block players from killing the enemy player while being assassinated it would need to be in specific playlists. Any free for all type of game shouldnt have it.

Secondly even if he stole the kill that is no reason to want to betray him. Be the better man and move on to the next kill.

my answer sounds like crap but they do have a specialization that assassinates quicker

Don’t assassinate near your team mates, work on the assassinations in spartan ops, or like the other guy said, use the specialization that allows you to assassinate faster.

It’s something I’ve never understood either. It’s just folks being selfish essentially. I just pay attention to which teammate did it to me and I don’t go out of my way to help them if they’re pinned down for the rest of the match. Also, I never thought I’d get anywhere near filling out the assassin commendation either, but assassinations seem to happen a lot more in the Oddball playlist if you’re willing to get into the crazy mix near the ball. I went through a phase last week where I played it a lot and it led to me getting quite a lot of them. You should try it.

You get a instant one hit kill to the back with a regular melee.

I have wetwork , and it assasinates faster , but they still steal it!

It’s not much better they turned off Freindly Fire too. Ppl can just rocket their team mates who are assassinating ppl.

There is no Yoink medal in Halo 4. I’m ashamed of every single Yoink medal I ever got outside of the Rumble Pit in Reach, because if it wasn’t in there, then it happened on accident and felt bad about taking the assassination away from my teammate.

Exactly. Assassinations are a specialty attack, not a bread and butter tool box item. The fact that both characters are still real targets is good. Trust me, someday you will be being assassinated and a team mate will Showstop him. You will be glad on that day that 343 did not listen to your request.

Ok , first of all , you said showstop , no stealing , which are 2 diferent things , showstoper : kill a player that IS assasinating / steal : kill a player that IS BEING assasinated by a teammate

I wish it was more like Gears executions because once you start doing it no one can kill your enemy.

It’s awesome once you can get a assination but people are kill joys and steal the dang kill…
