Team matching

It’s funny how when you search for same skill set Team arena matches they match you up with people who SOMETIMES isn’t the level 30 when you’re level 146 almost 147 but also matches you with people who have the same rank or higher but still can’t get a single kill and keeps dying until they quit because they realise that their team isn’t gonna carry them completely but they haft to match up and get kills and stop dying all the time. Sorry for giving this little rank but I am not at the same level as them and even if I was it isn’t really fair to match up with people who are clearly not either on the same level as them but much better which will inevitably leave me all alone because all my teammates quit and if I quit then I risk getting banned.

There should be a system where you are utterly outgunned with like 2 to 4 then the game should end and you should still get the xp and req points or if you are 1 to 4 at least cause why would I want to get killed over and over again until they inevitably wins and probably get a xbox message from them saying that I suck or that I should just had quit. (don’t get me wrong I’m used to get messages that I suck, I have played xbox since the golden age of xbox 360 and the original xbox but it gets old quick when you’re just tryin not to get banned)

Spartan rank has no reflection on skill in the game. Just ask a Spartan rank 8 smurf acct =]

Short answer - find friends to play with. Halo 5 is an ENTIRELY different game with friends, even in the sweatiest of losing matches.

Agreed on everything. I should have been more clear that is what I meant that like you said Spartan rank has no reflection on skill in the game which is why I get angry when I match with people who are level 150 and they keep dyin in a gamemode like slayer and not earning any points

That 150 just reflects play time though. You shouldn’t get upset over that. Some people are 150 with most of their play time taking place in stuff like firefight or warzone while others have days on ends worth of play time in Arena alone. At the end of the match, the only slight indicator of skill is the rank, but even then it’s not fully reflective until a players hit consistently onyx and stayed there. Otherwise, like using myself for example…I can seriously fluctuate from D1 to D5. It’s hard for my to be consistently good. My job kills my hands, I’m in my 30s, life, blah blah blah you get it lol.

But…playing with people I know makes such a big difference. Sometimes one of us craps the bed and plays bad…we’re only human…sometimes we go off…but we try to get a team where the skill discrepancy isn’t too wildly off. Like a team of daimonds and plats or damionds and onyx. Not a team of onyx and silver (which people use to abuse the match making in favor for them to rank up)

All in all…having people to game with is what you need bro. If someone isn’t that good, at least they can call out something. Sometimes that can change the game more than someone simply dying a few times less if you actually know someone’s right around the corner on his overkill with the freaking sword man lol.
